Who We Are

Originally founded in 1951, SCVSF is an incorporated 501(c)3 non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers.   More than 150 scholarships are awarded to Wm. S. Hart Union High School District graduating seniors annually totaling upwards of $250,000. In all, over $3.5 million dollars have been administered since the 1976 incorporation.

The SCV Scholarship Foundation administers scholarships donated by local businesses and community organizations, as well as memorial scholarships established for individuals, educators or alumni.  The mission of the SCV Scholarship Foundation is to reward local students for exemplary high school accomplishment or financial need and to encourage students to seek higher education.

 Through the generosity of our donors and their willingness to invest in the future of the graduating seniors in the Wm. S. Hart Union High School District, the SCV Scholarship Foundation continues to reward exemplary high school achievement and encourage continued education.
