Originally founded in 1951, SCVSF is an incorporated 501(c)3 non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers.

Serving high school seniors in the William S. Hart Union High School District (comprehensive and alternative schools), the SCV Scholarship Foundation administers scholarships donated by local businesses and community organizations, as well as memorial scholarships established for individuals, educators or alumni.

More than 150 scholarships are awarded to high school graduates annually totaling up to $250,000. In all, over $3.5 million dollars have been administered since the 1976 incorporation.

The mission of the SCV Scholarship Foundation is to reward students for exemplary high school accomplishment or financial need and to encourage students to seek higher education.

We are always happy to welcome volunteers to assist with our mission. If YOU would like to make a difference in the future of a local student, you are invited to join our team comprised of community members, parents, educators and other volunteers whose dedication to Santa Clarita Valley youth make these scholarships possible. Your time commitment will be small, your reward in smiles...priceless!
